We provide valuations for the purposes of estate planning, divorce proceedings, property tax appeals, and list value opinions.
We provide a wide range of residential appraisal products for multiple purposes and client types. We regularly value properties for borrowers utilizing a conventional loan to refinance or purchase their home. Given our FHA approval we are able to value properties for borrowers utilizing FHA or USDA-backed loans to purchase or refinance their property.

We offer additional products and can tailor a report to fit your needs. Fees for non-standard properties (exceeding 3,000 SF, high-value, rural, lake-front, large acreage sites, etc.) are quoted after a thorough analysis of the specific property’s characteristics.
Residential appraisal services are provided in the following counties: Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton, Rockwall, and Kaufman, with adjacent counties being serviced on a case-by-case basis.
